Commitment & Billing: Memberships are month-to-month; autopay monthly on your purchase date; card on file required. Start Date:  Membership starts on the purchase date. Rescheduling: Flexible, but please book ≥24 hours in advance. Rollover & Gifting:  Unused membership services can be gifted to anyone on your Vagaro list; but they expire after 90 days if unused. Sharing: You may share visits via your Family & Friends list in Vagaro. Perks:  10% off all retail and additional services the same month; $20 birthday retail credit (no minimum purchase); welcome gift at first service. Exclusions:  Perk discounts exclude gift cards and already-discounted items; service discount excludes packages. Payments:  Membership payments are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be used to pay for memberships.
Packages
Prepayment: All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Expiration:  Packages expire after the set validity period (e.g., 6 months for Find Your Favorite Facial, 2 weeks for The Spotlight Package). Expired services cannot be redeemed or refunded. Non-Transferable: Packages may not be shared, gifted, or transferred. Rescheduling:  Flexible, but please book ≥24 hours in advance. Services must still be used within the package validity period. Exclusions: Package services cannot be substituted for other treatments. Discounts do not apply to packages. Non-Refundable:  All package purchases are final and non-refundable.
